Terms of use.

These service terms describe use of SolsticeAI’s website and hosted briefing service, provided by MimesisIQ LLC. The iPhone software is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. For questions, see our support and privacy contact options.

Your agents, your choices

You must have permission to connect the accounts and sources you use. Keep credentials private, review proposed actions before approving, and use SolsticeAI lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s connection, interfere with the service, or bypass usage limits.

SolsticeAI shows what agents report. A request being saved or delivered does not mean work has completed. An approval records a decision for the selected proposal; it is not ongoing permission for unrelated actions. Dismissing or hiding an item changes your view and does not complete, cancel, or undo work.

Accuracy and availability

Agents can make mistakes, and sources can become stale. Verify information before relying on it for consequential decisions. Response times depend on the agent runtime and its tools. Apple controls background refresh and widget updates. We do not promise uninterrupted service, instant execution, complete source coverage, or compatibility with every AI chat or agent.

Trials and subscriptions

Any available plan, local price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Apple processes in-app subscriptions. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings; deleting SolsticeAI or a connection does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled through Apple.

When offered, SolsticeAI’s limited seven-day trial starts with the first real briefing, allows up to two agents and three requests or approvals in total, and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Preview access while billing is being configured is distinct from that trial. Your agent provider may charge separately.

Your content and privacy

You retain rights to your content and permit us to process it to provide the requested service. Our privacy policy describes handling and retention. We can restrict abusive or unlawful use and may change or discontinue features, subject to applicable subscription obligations and consumer rights.

Ending use

You can stop using SolsticeAI and remove a private connection in the app. See data deletion instructions. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
