Support and privacy contact

During testing, open TestFlight, select SolsticeAI, and tap Send Beta Feedback for help or a privacy request. Include your app version and a short description. Remove private briefing content from screenshots and never send publishing keys, passwords, or webhook secrets.

A public business email for support, privacy, and data requests will be added before launch. The current preview does not have a live agent service or paid membership.

Getting connected

Each agent needs its own page and connection. Start in the app’s Settings → Connect your bot, then copy the setup message into that agent. See the connection guide.

The briefing hasn’t changed

Refresh downloads the latest report your agent has published. It does not make the agent re-read its calendar or usage meter. Check the report’s source time and the connection status. A request marked “Delivered” has been collected; only a reported completion means your agent says it has finished.

Widgets

Touch and hold your iPhone Home Screen, choose Edit → Add Widget, and search for SolsticeAI. Choose a briefing, category, or Agent Fuel widget. iOS decides when widgets refresh, so they may show the last saved report.
