Privacy, plainly.

This policy explains how MimesisIQ LLC, the developer of SolsticeAI (“we”) handles information in the SolsticeAI iPhone app, its widgets, and its hosted briefing service. For privacy questions or requests, see our support and privacy contact options.

What the app handles

SolsticeAI receives the briefing content your connected agents publish, including any calendar, task, business, or usage information you choose to provide through them. It also stores requests you send, explicit approvals, agent replies, delivery information, and progress reports. Avoid sending information you do not want SolsticeAI and your selected agent provider to process.

The service uses random connection identifiers and credential hashes to separate private agent channels. The app stores its credentials in the iPhone Keychain. Your bot’s publishing credential belongs in that bot’s private secret store, not on the phone.

Why we use it

We use this information to display your briefings and widgets, deliver your requests and decisions to the selected agent, show reported progress, maintain your settings, prevent abuse, and operate and troubleshoot the service. Your chosen agent provider operates separately and handles your information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Hosting and access

Cloudflare hosts the website and private feed service. Requests use HTTPS and the feed requires an authorized credential. This is access-controlled hosting, not end-to-end encryption: the service and its hosting provider can process the content. Infrastructure may process IP addresses and technical request information for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.

We do not sell briefing content, use advertising trackers, or use your briefing content to train our own AI models. SolsticeAI does not change your agent provider’s data practices. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

Photos and files

Quick Capture opens the camera with your permission. Photos and files are uploaded only after you press Send and are shared with the selected agent. Photos are resized and re-encoded without their original location metadata. Sent attachments remain with the private connection until that feed is deleted. Unsent uploads become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours. File previews are temporary on the phone.

Local features and notifications

Your device caches briefings and history and stores appearance and dismissal preferences. The landscape’s motion effect uses sensors locally. This version does not record microphone audio or synthesize spoken replies. If registered, an Apple push token is used to signal that data changed; those push signals contain no briefing text. iOS determines background delivery and widget timing.

Membership and payment

Membership records may contain a random account identifier, trial dates, agent count, action identifiers, purchase status, and signed Apple transaction information. Apple handles App Store payments; SolsticeAI does not receive your payment card number. Restoring a purchase does not by itself transfer a private feed from another phone. During preview access, no subscription is charged by the app unless Apple presents a purchase confirmation and you accept it.

Retention and your choices

The feed stores the latest snapshot. Request and approval history can remain until the connection is deleted; hiding an item on your phone does not erase its server record or cancel agent work. Delete the private feed in that agent page’s connection settings to remove its active content and revoke its credentials. Infrastructure backups may retain older values for up to 30 days. A minimal deletion marker is retained to make deletion retries safe.

Membership and transaction records can be retained as needed to validate purchases, prevent repeated trial abuse, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Contact us for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests. We may need to verify control of the connection before releasing or deleting private data; never email a password or publishing key.

Website and future sign-in

This website uses locally hosted fonts and product images and has no advertising or analytics cookies. The current app uses private device credentials rather than an email account. Shared account sign-in and OAuth-based MCP setup will be described here before they are activated for users.

Children and changes

SolsticeAI is not directed to children under 13. If a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and respond. We will update the date on this page when the policy changes and provide additional notice when required.
